Michele D. Trolli is executive vice president and chief information officer of M&T Bank’s technology and banking operations division. She carries dual responsibility for M&T Bank’s retail division and the oversight of the institution’s technology functions.

Prior to joining M&T Bank, Ms. Trolli held the position of senior director with Franklin Resources Inc. She formerly was an executive vice president and development director of KeyCorp, where she directed KeyBank’s application development division.

A graduate of John Carroll University, Ms. Trolli has more than 25 years experience in banking, investments and technology.

Ms. Trolli is a trustee of the University of Buffalo Foundation and a member of the University of Buffalo Foundation’s Finance Committee. Additionally, she is a director-at-large for the BAI, and serves as chair of the board of directors for the Buffalo Therapeutic Riding Center. In September 2007, she assumed a trusteeship position for the Elmwood Franklin School in Buffalo and acts as chair of their Marketing Committee.
