To the Member Banks of the Second Federal Reserve District: The elections of a class B director of this Bank -- for the unexpired portion of the term ending December 31, 1996, and for the term ending December 31, 1999 -- have been duly held in accordance with the requirements of section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended, and the provisions of Circular No. 10872, dated September 11, 1996. The result of the elections is as follows: Ann M. Fudge, President, Maxwell House Coffee Company, White Plains, N.Y., was elected by member banks in Group 3 as a class B director of this Bank for the unexpired portion of the term ending December 31, 1996, and for the term ending December 31, 1999.
