To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District:

All offices of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York are closed on all Saturdays and Sundays and on the following public holidays:

Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November) Thursday, November 23
Christmas Day (December 25) Monday, December 25

*If a holiday falls on a Saturday, it will not be observed on any other day. Therefore, in the year 2000, this Bank will be open on the Fridays preceding, and on the Mondays following, New Year's Day and Veterans Day.
