To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Our Circular No. 11184 contained revised proposals to permit electronic delivery of federally mandated disclosures under five consumer protection regulations of the Federal Reserve - B (Equal Credit Opportunity), E (Electronic Fund Transfers), M (Consumer Leasing), Z (Truth in Lending), and DD (Truth in Savings). The original deadline for public comment was October 29, 1999.

The Federal Reserve Board has extended the period for receipt of comments until November 15, 1999.
