To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District:

Due to a state of emergency in the Buffalo, NY area resulting from a heavy snow storm on Monday, November 20, 2000, there were delays in the presentment of cash items, the return of unpaid items, and the forwarding of advices of nonpayment on Tuesday, November 21, 2000. These items were drawn on institutions with routing numbers in the 0220, 0223, 2220, and 2223 ranges.
