To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: In a press release, the Federal Reserve Board has requested comments, by December 1, 2001, on proposed revisions to Subpart D of Regulation K, governing international banking operations. A copy of the Board's notice is attached (pdf - 27kb). Questions on the matter may be directed to the persons named in the notice.
