To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District: The Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Department of the Treasury has updated its list of terrorist organizations and individuals whose assets must be blocked immediately. The update begins on page 34 of the attachment (pdf - 241kb).
