Board Seeks Nominations for Appointments to Consumer Advisory Council

To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

The Federal Reserve Board said in a press release that it is seeking nominations for appointments to its Consumer Advisory Council. Ten new members will be appointed to serve three-year terms beginning in January 2006.

Letters of nomination must be received by August 26, 2005. Nominations not received by August 26 may not be considered.

Electronic submission of nominations is preferred.

If electronic submission is not feasible, the nominations can be mailed (not sent by facsimile) to Terri Johnsen, Associate Director, Community Affairs, Division of Consumer and Community Affairs, Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, 20th Street and Constitution Avenue, N.W., Washington, DC 20551.
