in the Second Federal Reserve District:

All offices of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York are closed on all Saturdays and Sundays and for the following holiday observances in the year 2006:

Thanksgiving Day Thu, Nov 23
Christmas Day Mon, Dec 25

New Year’s Day (January 1) falls on a Sunday. As a result, the Bank will be closed on the following day (Monday, January 2).
