Overview
This training seminar, hosted by the Statistics Function of the New York Fed, addresses the quinquennial Report of Foreign Ownership of U.S. Securities, including Selected Money Market Instruments, (SHL) Seminar.

Representatives of the Bank's Securities Reports Division designed this seminar to provide an understanding of the reporting requirements and key issues that affect reporters filing Schedule 2.

Audience
This class will be beneficial for custodians and institutions that issue U.S. securities directly into the foreign market.

The target audience for this seminar includes those new to these report form filing(s), those who are familiar with the reporting requirements, but have not filed since the last quinquennial filing (2004), and those who submit annually.

Registration is required for both seminar participants and webcast. Seminar registration is limited to 4 individuals per institution. Notification of cancellation is requested. There is no fee for this conference.
