New York Fed Names 11 Assistant Vice Presidents, 16 Officers

NEW YORK—The Federal Reserve Bank of New York announced that its board of directors has approved the promotion of 11 officers to assistant vice president rank and named 16 new officers at the Bank.

The following people have been promoted to assistant vice president:

  • James J. Leary of Warwick, New York

In the Bank Supervision Group:

  • James M. Mahoney of Cortlandt Manor, New York
  • Barbara J. Yelcich of Brooklyn, New York

In the Executive Office:

  • Denise B. Schmedes of Middletown, New York

In the Legal Group:

  • Michael V. Campbell of Summit, New Jersey

In the Markets Group:
