NEW YORK--The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Wednesday approved the application by Cooperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank, B.A., Rabobank Nederland, Utrecht, the Netherlands, to establish a representative office in Washington, D.C.

The Reserve Bank acted under authority delegated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
