NEW YORK--The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Friday approved the application by UBS AG, Basel, Switzerland, to establish a representative office in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Reserve Bank acted under authority delegated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
