The Outreach and Education function engages, empowers and educates the Second District communities that the Bank serves, especially civic leaders, students, educators, small business owners, policymakers and the general public. As of March 31, 2003, the New York Fed will discontinue the paper distribution of the Board of Governors’ weekly H.3 - Aggregate Reserves of Depository Institutions and the Monetary Base, H4.1 - Factors Affecting Reserve Balances, H.6 - Money Stock Measures statistical releases, and this Bank’s weekly statement of condition and the primary dealer transaction releases.
