O’Neil-White Reelected Chair of Buffalo Board of Directors; Trolli, Zuber to Join Board

BUFFALO, NY—The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has reelected Alphonso O’Neil-White chair of the board of directors of the Buffalo Branch, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, for 2007. Mr. O’Neil-White, president and chief executive officer of HealthNow New York, Inc., has been serving as a director since September 2004 and chair since January 2006.

The board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York has elected Michele D. Trolli, executive vice president and chief information officer of M&T Bank, and Kim J. Zuber, co-owner of Zuber Farms, LLC, to the Branch board of directors.

The board of directors of the Buffalo Branch, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, consists of seven members, three of whom are appointed by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The remaining four are appointed by the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

Branch board of directors are individuals chosen from professions representing various industries throughout upstate New York, including banking, manufacturing, health care, agriculture, labor and energy.
