Joseph Bittner is the manager of education programs. He directs the Bank’s initiatives in financial literacy. Mr. Bittner is also responsible for the development of the Banks’s education website and education-related publications.

Before joining the Bank in 2006, Mr. Bittner was manager of education programs for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a high school business education teacher and a staff associate for Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte. Mr. Bittner earned an M.B.A. in accounting and bachelor’s in finance from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Public Accountant.
