Thomas Connolly is an assistant vice president. He focuses on outreach to depository institutions in the region. Prior to his role in Regional Affairs he held positions as the district business development manager and the regional check manager of the East Rutherford Operations Center.

Before joining the Bank in 1998, Mr. Connolly served as a vice president in the Check and Commercial Loan Group at Chase Manhattan Bank. Mr. Connolly completed the graduate school of banking program at Stonier Graduate School of Banking, earned a master's in urban affairs from City University of New York and a bachelor's degree in history from State University of New York.
