David Hurst is the deputy program coordinator. He coordinates and supports the Bank’s regional affairs programs and initiatives.

Prior to joining the Bank in 2007, Mr. Hurst was a Legal Assistant at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Hurst is pursing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration at New York University.
