    Concerned in the Second Federal Reserve District:

The Semiannual Regulatory Agenda, as published in the Federal Register of December 13, 2004, provides information on those regulatory matters that the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System now has under consideration or anticipates considering during the period November 1, 2004 through April 30, 2005.

The Agenda is divided into four sections: Proposed Rule Stage, which reports on matters the Board may consider for public comment during the six months; Final Rule Stage, which reports on matters that have been proposed and are under Board consideration; Long-Term Actions, which reports on matters that have been proposed and are under Board considerations, but will not be completed within the next year, and Completed Actions, which reports on regulatory matters the Board has completed or is not expected to consider further. Matters begun and completed between issues of the agenda have not been included.
