Community Advisory Council Meets March 30

To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

The Federal Reserve Board has announced that the Consumer Advisory Council will hold its next meeting on Thursday, March 30. The meeting, which begins at 9:00 a.m. and is open to the public, will be held in Dining Room E, Terrace level, in the Board's Martin Building.

Anyone planning to attend the meeting should register no later than Tuesday, March 28. Registration details are available through the press release link offered below.

Time permitting, the Council will discuss the following topics:

  • home equity lending hearings
  • nontraditional mortgage products
  • electronic Fund Transfer Act/Regulation E interim final rule
  • Truth in Lending Act/Regulation Z

Reports by committees and other matters initiated by the Council members may also be discussed. The Board invites comments from the public on any of these matters.
