Consumer Advisory Council to Meet October 26, 2006

To All Depository Institutions and Others Concerned
in the Second Federal Reserve District:

The Federal Reserve Board has announced that the Consumer Advisory Council will hold its next meeting on Thursday, October 26. The meeting will take place in Dining Room E, Terrace level, in the Board's Martin Building. The session will begin at 9:00 a.m. EDT and is open to the public.

Attendees should, for security purposes, register no later than Tuesday, October 24.

Time permitting, the Council will discuss the following topics:

  • Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act (FACT Act)
  • Nontraditional Mortgage Products
  • Affordable Housing
