In accordance with section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended, and the circular dated January 18, 2013, on the nomination of a class A director of this Bank for the term of office ending December 31, 2015, to succeed JAMES DIMON, class A director, whose term expired December 31, 2012, there is shown on the attached document the name of the candidate nominated for such office, and by whom nominated.
