Memorandum to all Primary Dealers and Recipients of the Weekly Press Release on Dealer Positions and Transactions

Attached is a revised list of the dealers that report weekly to the Securities Reports Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

The latest list reflects the following changes:

*Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation (DLJ) has been acquired by Credit Suisse First Boston Corporation, effective November 3, 2000. DLJ will cease to be a primary dealer by December 31, 2000.

**Paine Webber Incorporated became a business division of UBS Warburg LLC. on November 3, 2000. Paine Webber will cease to be a primary dealer on December 4, 2000.
