| How Will the Federal Reserve Contact
Us During a Contingency Situation? |

| EROC and/or Utica customers may be contacted via a bank circular,
Fedwire® broadcast, e-mail,
telephone and/or website postings. Contingency messages would
include a notice of the service disruption and possibly a request
to take certain actions to assist the affected office during
the period of the service disruption. The circular will also
put institutions on notice if the disruption may result in delays
in the presentment of cash items, in the return of unpaid items,
and/or in the forwarding of advices of nonpayment. To read the
