Overview
The Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, together with the New York Academy of Medicine, the Primary Care Development Corporation and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation are co-sponsoring the Healthy Communities Conference series which will be held at the New York Fed.

The Healthy Communities Conference series was created by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco to explore how the health and community development sectors can collaborate to promote better health outcomes for low-income communities by addressing issues concerning the social determinants on health.
