Macroeconomics
Argia Sbordone is a Research Officer in the Macroeconomic and Monetary Studies Function of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Her research is in the field of macroeconomics, with a focus on the analysis of business cycle fluctuations. She has worked on explaining fluctuations in employment and productivity, and her current research focuses on the dynamics of prices and wages. Ms. Sbordone received her Ph.D. from the University of Chicago. She has taught at Princeton University and at Rutgers University.
