New Federal Reserve Consumer Help Center Opens November 16

The Federal Reserve System's new center for centralizing the intake and administrative processing of consumer complaints and inquiries will be launched on November 16, 2007. As a result, all consumer complaints and inquiries will be directed to the new center, called Federal Reserve Consumer Help (FRCH). FRCH is housed in the Kansas City and Minneapolis Reserve Banks.
