New York Fed Revises TALF Master Loan and Security Agreement

• Revises the deadline for submission of the final prospectus and final offering memorandum (or other Offering Materials in final form) from 5:00 p.m. on the fourth Business Day prior to each scheduled Loan Closing Date to 12:00 noon on the third Business Day prior to each scheduled Loan Closing Date.
