New York Fed to Host Third Conference on FinTech: Wholesale Digital Assets

NEW YORK—On Friday, September 23, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York will host a conference bringing together leading academics, policymakers, and industry leaders to further understand the impact, implications, and direction of fintech. The conference will cover recent developments in fintech, including the perils and promises of stablecoins, the future of fast payments and cross-border payments, and the rise of decentralized finance and open banking.
