| New York Fed's Upstate New York Regional Advisory Board Announces New Members |

NEW YORK – The Federal Reserve Bank of New York today announced four new members to the Upstate New York Regional Advisory Board:
The Board is comprised of a group of 14 distinguished New York business and community leaders who provide ground-level financial and economic insights into business conditions across the upstate region. "Members of the Upstate New York Regional Advisory Board provide us with valuable information which is helpful in carrying out our responsibilities as the central bank," said William C. Dudley, president and chief executive officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. "The Board is a critical resource which allows us to hear first hand input on the key economic and financial issues affecting our businesses and communities in the region. We greatly appreciate the service of all of our members." Board members serve three-year terms and meet with the Bank’s senior leadership three times per year. The Board last met today in New York City. The current chairman is Alphonso O’Neil-White, president and chief executive officer of HealthNow New York, Inc., in Buffalo.
