Claire Kramer is a Community Affairs specialist. She assists in managing the Bank's research on low and moderate income communities and directs outreach on community and economic development issues. Claire holds a Ph.D. in political science from Duke University, where her research focused on individual and community responses to economic dislocation.

Before joining the Bank, she taught political science at Franklin & Marshall College and at Duke.
