In accordance with Section 4 of the Federal Reserve Act, as amended, and the circular dated October 2, 2018, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York is conducting a special election to fill the vacancy in the office of a Class B director of this Bank for the remaining portion of the term ending December 31, 2019. There is shown on the following page the name of the candidate nominated for such office, and by whom nominated.
