Luc De Clercq

Luc De Clercq is the Head of S.W.I.F.T. Security Strategy, in Belgium. Mr. De Clercq has been instrumental in the establishment of the current S.W.I.F.T. Security system for more than 15 years and is now responsible for the design and roll-out of the SWIFT2001 Security strategy, required to address the forthcoming security.
