Bio

Elizabeth began her career at the Bank in the Community Affairs area in 1987, becoming the community affairs officer in 1993. Prior to joining the Bank, Elizabeth was involved in various aspects of community development, including grassroots community organizing around housing issues and tenants rights.

A graduate of the New York City University system, Elizabeth has both a bachelor's and master's degree in bilingual (Spanish) education.
