Davide joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in August 2018 as an economist in the Macroeconomic and Monetary Studies Function. Davide’s recent work focuses on investigating the link between firm-level financial frictions and employment decisions, and how it matters for the evolution of macroeconomic variables. His research interests also include corporate savings decisions, firm dynamics under imperfect information, and the importance of household and firm heterogeneity for the transmission of aggregate shocks, such as monetary policy shocks. He earned his PhD from University College London, MSc and BSc in economics from Bocconi University
