Dianne Dobbeck is an executive vice president and Head of the Supervision Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. She is a member of the New York Fed’s Executive Committee. Ms. Dobbeck oversees bank supervision for financial institutions in the Second Federal Reserve District. Additionally, she and her team represent the Federal Reserve on a number of domestic and international committees. Ms. Dobbeck is a member of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. She also sits on the Board of Governors’ Supervision Committee for the Federal Reserve System.
Ms. Dobbeck has held various senior leadership positions at the New York Fed. Previously, she led the Supervisory Analysis function responsible for contributing analytics in support of supervisory and regulatory matters. At two different intervals, Ms. Dobbeck served as senior officer directly responsible for the Fed’s supervision of the largest U.S. banks.
Ms. Dobbeck holds a master’s degree from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University and a bachelor’s degree from Kalamazoo College.
