The Department of the Treasury has discontinued the TIC BC(SA) effective December 31, 2005.
Description:
The BC (SA) report is a semiannual report of dollar-denominated claims on foreigners. The purpose of the TIC B reports is to gather timely and reliable information on the levels and changes in US international portfolio capital positions for the preparation of the official US balance of payments and for statistical series compiled and maintained by the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for International Settlements.
