TIC BL-2 Report of Customers' U.S. Dollar Liabilities to Foreign Residents
Description:
The BL-2 report is a monthly report of customers' dollar-denominated liabilities to foreigners. The purpose of the TIC B reports is to gather timely and reliable information on the levels and changes in U.S. international portfolio capital positions for the preparation of the official U.S. balance of payments and for statistical series compiled and maintained by the International Monetary Fund and the Bank for International Settlements.
