TIC CQ-1 Report of Financial Liabilities to, and Financial Claims on, Unaffiliated Foreign Residents
The TIC C forms are filed by all U.S. entities other than depository institutions, BHCs, FHCs, and securities brokers and dealers. The C forms are used to gather timely and reliable information on the levels and changes in U.S. international portfolio capital positions for the preparation of the official U.S. balance of payments.
Aggregate data are published quarterly in the Treasury Bulletin: Capital Movements (CM) Tables Sections I, II, IV, & V. Treasury Bulletin tables are available in PDF format through Treasury's Financial Management Service's
