TIC CQ-2 Report of Commercial Liabilities to, and Commercial Claims on, Unaffiliated Foreign Residents
Description:
The TIC C forms are filed by all US entities other than depository institutions, BHCs, FHCs, and securities brokers and dealers. The C forms are used to gather timely and reliable information on the levels and changes in US international portfolio capital positions for the preparation of the official US balance of payments.
