Overview
The Statistics Function of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York will host a full-day training seminar on the Annual Report of Foreign Banking Organizations (FR Y-7), Report of Changes in FBO Organizational Structure (FR Y-10F) and the new Supplement to the Report of Changes in Organizational Structure (FR Y-10S), which is effective December 31, 2005.

Officers and staff of Foreign Banking Organizations responsible for the preparation and submission of the FR Y-7, FR Y-10F and
FR Y-10S reports.

The seminar is designed to educate reporters on the reporting requirements and instructions for the Annual Report of Foreign Banking Organizations (FR Y-7), Report of Changes in FBO Organizational Structure (FR Y-10F) and a new report, Supplement to the Report of Changes in Organizational Structure (FR Y-10S).

There is no registration fee for this session. However, because seating is limited, participants must register to attend the session. Please note that attending the seminar in person is limited to two individuals per institution and notification of cancellation by April 10, 2006 is requested. The seminar will also be available live via the Internet. The URL for the Webcast will be provided below when available. There is no limit for the Internet viewing registration.
