The Federal Reserve Bank of New York's Governance and Culture Reform Initiative (Culture Initiative) will host an in-person conference on culture and behavior in the financial services industry on Tuesday, October 6.
The conference will explore how rapidly evolving technology is shaping organizational cultures and the behavioral impacts of innovation. Speakers will reflect on how artificial intelligence is transforming the landscape of ethics, culture, and workplace dynamics. The program builds on previous conferences, webinars, and podcasts on culture.
The event will include a discussion with Caryn Seidman Becker, Chairman & CEO of CLEAR, moderated by New York Fed President John Williams and conversations with academic, financial services, and technology experts.
The Culture Initiative is designed to foster discussion about corporate governance, culture, and behavior in the financial services industry. It examines how formal organizational structures and underlying drivers of individual and group behaviors can impact organizations’ culture and behavior.
This conference is open to reporters in-person, and all remarks are on the record. Journalists interested in attending in person must RSVP with Abbigail Ramnarine at abbigail.ramnarine@ny.frb.org. See the event page for the full conference agenda and additional details.
