The latest list reflects the following changes:

* This change results from the merger of J.P. Morgan & Co. Incorporated and Chase Manhattan Corporation at the holding company level (effective December 31, 2000). The two primary dealers, which are now affiliates, are expected to merge at the end of the first quarter or early in the second quarter of 2001.
