The latest list reflects the following change(s):

· Effective March 30, 2002, Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown Inc. changed its name to Deutsche Bank Securities Inc.

· Effective March 31, 2002, Zions First National Bank has withdrawn its name from the list of primary dealers.
