Tony Davis is the Community Affairs Officer in Outreach and Education of the Communications and Outreach Group.

Davis joined the Bank in April 2006. Davis has responsibility for setting up regional visits for President Williams, leads the Bank's workforce development, access to capital efforts for small business owners and he manages the Upstate New York and Regional Advisory Council. He also leads a new equitable growth initiative that looks at displacement and gentrification around the Second district.

Prior to joining the Bank, he was a Program Officer at the Enterprise Foundation, where he managed a public/private community development funding collaborative in Rochester NY. He also built partnerships between business, community and academic stakeholders to revitalize economically distressed neighborhoods.

Davis has a MA in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, a MA in International Affairs from Ohio University. He also has a BA in Sociology from Georgia Southern University.
