Edison Reyes is the associate director of Economic and Workforce Development at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He leads the Bank's workforce development initiative, which aims to promote dialogue and a greater understanding of promising policies and programs that connects employers with a skilled workforce.

Prior to joining the Bank in 2015, Mr. Reyes was an associate at The Boston Foundation where he served as a key liaison to internal and external partners in developing and implementing workforce training and entrepreneurship strategies. He earned his MBA and master's degree in Community Development & Planning from Clark University and a bachelor's from SUNY Stony Brook University. Edison is a Queens native and a returned Peace Corps Volunteer.
