Joelle Scally is a Regional Economic Principal in Urban and Regional Studies within the Household and Public Policy Research Division and is also the administrator of the Center for Microeconomic Data. She plays a key role in producing the regional Second District Beige Book reports and the Quarterly Report on Household Debt and Credit. She specializes in the design and use of large and alternative data sets for economic monitoring and research. Joelle holds a master’s degree in quantitative methods in the social sciences from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from New York University.
