David Wiczer is an economic policy economist in Macroeconomic and Monetary Studies. Wiczer is also an Associate Editor at the European Economic Review and a Research Fellow at the IZA. Previously, he was an Associate Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, an Associate Professor at Stony Brook University, and an Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis. His research interests lie at the intersection of labor and macroeconomics, including studying job search, occupational choice, risk sharing, and social welfare programs. Wiczer holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, a Master's degree from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor's from Carleton College.
