Provides financial insight and analyses; while ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing of accounting and depository institution account coordination activity that comply with Federal Reserve System (FRS) and Bank policies.
Procurement Value Management (PVM)
Maximizes value for the Bank by reducing the total cost of ownership of goods and services procured from third parties, optimizing and governing vendor relationships utilizing a risk-adjusted approach, leveraging spend, enhancing solution delivery, and streamlining and automating processes.
Enterprise Services and Resiliency Planning (ESRP)
Provide strategic management and planning of core workplace and resiliency services which includes Real Estate Management and Planning, Business Continuity Office and Business Services.
Business and Finance Partners (BFP)
Enable the strategic management of resources through insight, analytics, and strategic and consultative guidance with respect to accounting policies and financial reporting.
