Reforming Culture and Behavior in the Financial Services Industry: Workshop on Progress and Challenges
This event builds upon a conference that the New York Fed held in October of 2014 on culture and behavior in the financial services industry.  At this year’s workshop, industry leaders and regulators will convene to discuss leading practices that have emerged from firm-specific efforts, the challenges that have arisen, and the opportunities for further collaboration both within the industry and with the official sector.

To facilitate open discussion, the workshop will be closed to the press following the discussion between IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde and Federal Reserve Board Vice Chair Stanley Fischer. A final list of participants and detailed summary of discussions will be published after the workshop.
